What recommended CMS for mobile, like i want to build android apps for community like diet community etc... With: Articles, users discussions updates...

In China,we have a free mobile cms called "3gcms"

That is the modern society and all people use mobile so that CMS is the best way because here are no need full coder and developer because there are already find all ready meant.
