BEST Mobile Ad Network for CPM, CPC without SDK

Hello!

First of all I would like to say hello because I have several days reading your posts and I have finally received the confirmation email to write.

I tell my situation:

I have an application made with App Inventor I am "monetize" with MobPartner, now I do not get any benefit because their campaigns have no CPM (impressions) or CPC (clicks)

I wonder if you know any Mobile Ad Network that allows monetized by impressions and clicks (and installations if possible) in a HTML BANNER that just put a button with the image of the advertiser, and that when you click to take you to the direction (as pools on MobPartner) allows monetize without SDK.(HTML Code)

For example, now I'm doing this:

Image Button: http://r.mobpartner.mobi/?pool=XXXXX&format=banner
URL Button: http://s.mobpartner.mobi/?pool=XXXXX

I would hear all kinds of opinions, whatever type they may be. (Understand with App Inventor I can not install any SDK)

All mobile networks would need an SDK added to the app. I haven't see one yet that hasn't needed one.

Adspruce are a mobile video ad network and offer 'Video Banner' - all you would have to do is insert an ad-tag wherever you want the video banner to appear.

You do need substantial amount of traffic to be approved as a publisher but worth a try!
