Are Apps & Mobiles Sites Basically Drag & Drop Yet?
Share on:

Hi Fellow Warriors,I Haven't been in this section for awhile? Last I was hearing all about do it yourself without any coding needed for mobile sites & Apps?

Are there any great WSO's that you can recommend ? Should I learn HTML5 - except I have time issues? Has the technology really advanced to the point that Mobile sites & Apps have progressed to a newbie - medium type situation can build a advanced project or are we still a fair way off from there at this point in time?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers,

Renee

It's not a WSO, but I've been with these guys for several years and they rock for building mobile sites and have an app element to them:

Mobile and Responsive Site Builder and Loyalty Programs | White Label Options | SignalMind

I have no other affiliation with them other than being a very satisfied customer.

It is really hard to answer without knowing specifically what you are trying to accomplish. I know for app building, both Seattle Clouds and BiznessApps are pretty close to drag and drop for most basic functions for mobile apps. Both platforms also allow you to build HTML5 sites as well.

I have seen non-technical people make some pretty good apps with both platforms. It always helps if you already know some html and css. Basic knowledge of manipulating images will help as well because you will need to be able to resize basic images for icons, logos et al.
