Double Meta Refresh

Has anyone found that using a double meta refresh on their mobile campaigns is slowing their redirect too much and lowering their clicks? My path is Banner > Voluum > LP > Offer. I'm trying to keep the referrer from being listed if at all possible but some say using double meta slows the redirect down way to much especially with mobile. My lanader is on a VPS with litespeed added so it's really fast. Any thoughts?

Double Meta Refresh will slow you down no matter what and also there will click loss.
