Well.. I'm in Europe and I do SEO work and use Facebook as a source for traffic for my websites. I don't know of any specific network with huge traffic....

You can add in your social media account, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Pinterest. Create an onsite blog and update it. Along with your social media is your social bookmarking sites (Stumbleupon, Delicious, Diigo, Reddit), forum posting, guest blog, and posting on niche site.
