i searched over but i cant find a straight answer

I run a retail store for consumer electronics repair in the Florida, i received a phone call from someone who claimed he can put my company's app to users within 5 miles of my store

Hey there

you can do this with some "normal" AdWords mobile ads: just create your campaigns and then set the radius you want around your shop in "Geotargeting Setup" when you set it up.
