|  ADMOB - Smart Banner vs detect screen size and place regular banner

hey guys . is it true that using ADMOB smart banner might get more impressions , but the type of ads is low quality ads (etc text ads) , and if you detect yourself the width of the screen and place the right ads , not using the smart once , you might get lower fill rate but better quality ads? can someone approve it? + 2) When it come to full screen ads , do you still recommend Admob , or using Chartboost might be better?
