Can you suggest some source network for run CPI (incent)

I find something in the forum but was not serious suggestions , as only for developer.

I know lot of people do not want to share this information , but if someone know please share

Of course for do the classic operation of running an offer , a CPI with incent , in a traffic source that let me bid and put MY tracking link with my affiliate link , without be a developer or just push the official store link.
