Starting a pay per text service?
 

Does any one know of some companies that offers pay per text in the U.S., preferably by charging the text string initiator not receiver? I would like to offer this service to a potential client base where they can charge something like $1/text to their customers.

Also would including that that type of service even be acceptable in the app and play stores if the actual app contained no nudity or adult content?
