I'm not exactly understanding your question. If you are worried about your account being suspended, without any other info, I'd say try to adhere to the letter of the Play Store policies, not just the spirit. If you don't have any suspensions, your account won't be completely suspended unless you try something egregious like trying to publish hard core porn or an app with a virus.
