Question for mobile offers

So these are the steps that I found and tried. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Created landing page with button to offer link and LP has redirect link and popunder link to resell traffic as well. Once visitor comes and if they stay for 3-5 seconds they are redirected to other random sweepstakes offer or if they click the button, they are direct to offer page as well as popunder page shows up.

So I have chance of getting paid for offer, redirect or popunder.

Should I also create a sweepstakes LP so I can redirect to my own other LP? But will I get paid for reselling traffic?

Which traffic platform do you prefer for both buying and selling traffic?
