Push notifications for Apps - seattle cloud platform

I'm building apps using seattlecloud platform
I'm looking for someone who can set me up with a white label CMS that will allow me to setup logins for each client of mine and allow them to send push notifications on their own.
Does anyone know of someone who could help me?
As a push notification service it can be used rzlts.com, boxcar.io, gamethrive.com, appgeneration.com, zeropush.com or any other service that's close to the pricing on the sites I listed or opensource systems

Thanks a lot for your suggestions

For push services I will recommend pushbullet.com or pushover.com. :)

At one point I had colleagues using PushNoteServer, but I am not sure if they are still viable.

They're not viable
We bought their service through pillar apps but their support isn't responding, so I don't recommend them. We never got through using their system
That's why I'm looking for someone to build my own platform.
If you know anybody who could do that please recommend.

Thanks

As for me, I use web notifications from Jeapie service. They provide some web notificatons too. look there if you are interested in such things for your projects. They work great for me.
