I would actually recommend integrating with multiple ad networks IF you have a lot of traffic. This way you'll know you're getting the best possible price for each campaign. You will also get a variety of campaigns to help with fill rate. However, finding a good, trusted CPI network can be challenging due to the amount of networks out there.
