I spent two days looking for the answer, but all I know is that publisher selects tracking phone number for a campaign and then they run it and so I have many question which I hope you answer: - Is a unique tracking phone number for one publisher and one campaign right? - How does a PPCall network track information from a call? - How does a PPCall network solve many connection to phone number? |

Basically, with PPCall, there is one main phone number, and publishers can generate their own numbers to post on a lander through a call platform, such as Invoca. The phone numbers on the lander are identified to one campaign and publisher. they are routed to a main number that connects them to the call centre. The calls are recorded and reviewed by the publisher and centre, and identified by tracking numbers on the platform. Hope this helps |
