Hey everyone, I have a collection of sound bytes (without going into details), that I'd like to try and monetize as some sort of mobile app. I was thinking of a ringtone app, where the user downloads the app and it installs the sounds as ringtones/alerttones on their phone (similar to some of the keyboad/emoji apps out there)? Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks |

Hey, If you are developing your app and looking for ways to monetize, I would highly recommend reading some guides and tutorials- you can find lots of them all over (there's a nice amount of them on mobyaffiliates). You would definitely need to integrate a SDK of one of the monetization platforms out there, there are lots of them. I have never tried them but ran into a company called appodeal, and what they do is that with their one SDK they connect you to several different RTB's and ad networks and get you the highest bid, I would check them out, they seem legit and a good solution. Other than that, I would try and get some video placements on your app, maybe like a content locking video before using a sound, video traffic is considered very good s and the rates are higher than other ad formats, so keep it in mind Hope my answer helped |
