There is no magical ways of promoting new apps.

Just go by the basic.

1. Social media
2. Create a blog about your app
3. make a promotion about your app ( First 100 download is free)
4. You can advertise using paid traffic.

The best thing, If any costumer/user ask you about your app you should be able to answer them correctly and convincingly.
