Appflood serious? Other networks?

I'm recently getting a hard time with the various "best networks" everyone list here.

Appflood: registered some days ago, no replies in email, no answers, account pending eternal. Wrote on their support email, no replies. Found here an AM Skype, didn't accept invitation.
KissMyAds: registered weeks ago, one reply after weeks and after i've replied, dead no response. Still account pending eternal...
YeahMobi: registered days ago, finally one reply from an AM, replied and added to skype, she didn't reply after days, she didn't accept Skype invitation.
AppLift: Bugged site (red flag?) with Firefox, little problems with Chrome. Managed to register, no replies in email... Account pending eternal.
MobPartner/CheetahMediaLink: Registered and accepted in 3 minutes, but it has so few app offers...
GoWide: Registered and after 2-3 days got a reply and got accepted. Problem is they're .NET 45 and i can't find any payment proof.

Any help? Do they know what an email is for?
