3rd party tracking tool

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a free/free trial 3rd party tracking tool system.
I'm buying traffic for my affiliate offers but I can't optimize it because my traffic source doesn't have a report/tracking system.
So do you know a good one?

My traffic source provides apps and publishers id', so I need a tracking tool in order to track those parameters and filter them later.
