PPcall traffic source?
 

I'm signed up with multiple pay per call offers and nowhere to promote them (already tried Adowrds, Bing, M.Media with no results).

Could anybody please recommend the likes of a general ad agency that has a click-to-call extension, or otherwise a mobile ad agency with this feature? That would be great if they also offer city or state targeting as most of my call offers are only available in certain regions, and of course if it's a good converting agency. Thanks sincerely!

Too many affiliates are finding success with pay per call using bing and adwords.

Bing ads and Craiglist lead , Facebook call now are the best i got good result by using these .
