Mobile Website questions

Hello, my name is Mike and thank you in advance. The angle I'm trying to take is business optimization. I want to try in get them in the door by re-designing their full and mobile website, and adding a monthly charge. One thing I want to do is to market that their page is not enough. It's a basic page made in 3 minutes with no back-links, no content, no traffic and no point. I've just started and can work from home so I can spend the time to do the sites at least for a while. 1. question I have is say they have a name for their full site, how would I go about extracting the name to use for my templates? I know I need to know who owns their name and first and that has a lot to do with it but I was wondering all the ideas about that. I want to take the name quick and put up my full site and mobile site add content, put discounts through likes on there, etc. Also when you buy these mobile site makers how exactly are they published and how do you control the naming of that site as well?
