Where can we get surveys from for a survey based app

i have created a survey based app. It is paid surveys concept. But where can I get the surveys from? Are there any companies whom I can approach? It is all kind of surveys plain text or video based etc.

Have you tried reaching out to survey companies like maxbounty, peerfly and similar, they have lots of surveys even for mobile based audience.

I have not yet called any of the companies. I am trying to understand how the affiliate program works. Can you please give me list of more such companies? So far I have come across clickbank.

All these companies talk about pay for clicks and sales. But what I imagined was I would get paid for number of survey responses we provide. Can you please tell me how this works?
