Share on: Me and my team are from Europe. We decided to launch our app in Los Angeles. Various reasons for that like: our country not opened enough for what we are trying to launch, bigger market and so on. We found a co-founder in L.A., UCLA student. Since he is alone there and 4 of us (programmers+marketer) are in Europe, whats the best way to launch app in US, west coast with only one co-founder being there, rest of the team being in Europe? Have anyone found themselves in a similar situation?
