Best website to buy android reviews and install?

Hi,

I have launched recently some android apps, but didn't have enough installs and reviews, some friends suggested me to do facebook ads + buy reviews / installs, to grow in the search list and to be more convincing.

I have found some websites, but I don't know if they are real or scam, and I heared also some apps was removed from google, due to fake installs and reviews

Do you have some to suggest?

I have tried some review exchange sites. They are real review because they sent me the pic of what they comment and rate, but Google knows that and won't count those reviews

good for incent traffic
only install and open app without review.
