Hi there,

Just wondering if you're having success with mobile conversions on Google adwords?

If so, are there any tips that you can share?

I'm new to mobile marketing as was slow in making my websites responsive.

    I am having great success with marketing to mobile device users for both B2C and B2B.

    I had to get good at it because some of my clients are in niches where 80-90% of all customer traffic is on mobile devices.

    The keys to my success on mobile audience targeting include:
    • Using Custom Landing Pages
    • Responsive Web Design
    • Individually Optimized Layouts For Desktop, Tablet, & Smartphone
    • Split Testing Value Propositions
    • Disabling In-App Mobile Ads for Automatic Placements
    • Limiting In-App Mobile Ads To Only A Few Carefully Selected Managed Placements

    Of course, all the other things that must be done to make a marketing campaign successful apply, the above list was crucial to making mobile audiences profitable for my clients.

    Mobile campaigns use bidding and targeting to determine where and when your ads show up. A click may be worth more to you if it comes from a mobile device or a specific location, or at a certain time of day. By setting bid adjustments, you can increase or decrease your bids to gain more control over when and where your ad is shown. there are a number of things you can do to improve your conversion rate -
    • Track your success with conversion tracking
    • Use specific keywords for better conversion rates
    • Use negative keywords to refine your traffic
    • Use the search terms report to reach the right customers
    • Include prices in your ad to attract potential buyers
