Hi I'm using Google firebase to send push notification to my app i'm getting low open rate I sent about 20'000 and get open rate of 50 and I don't know why its happen what is the best push notification system to use in my app? |

Hi Sharoncm, The app could be the issue. Think through: - the value and depth of your content - the bonds you have with the human beings on your PUSH list - the frequency of notifications Could be the content you're sending and not the tool. Ryan |

thank you for the reply I send 2 to 4 push a week most of the time I don't get more then 30 to 40 people to click the push I give them tips and not just promotion messages I have about 200 downloads everyday , most of them iOS so the numbers are not fit I know that the statistics are more then 1% open rate for push |
