I discovered the "Secret" to $750/mo from any Motel!

Howdy....I discovered a (excuse my shouting) STUPENDOUSly EASY WAY TO MAKE $750/MO (and more) FROM ANY MOTEL!....you choose!
(You want $7.500 a Month? Just apply the folowwing to 10 local Motels!)

Ok....check out some of my previous posts....you will see that I am a DOER!...and not a BS'er.

I get an idea and....I put together a Mock-Up and GO OUT AND SELL IT!

Thankfully...over the years.....most of my ideas have worked.

However....my latest discovery....just BLEW MY MIND!....and is probably one of the Best...if not THE Best I've ever come up with.....and I'd like to share it with some of you folks interested in "Mobile" Marketing (Setting up Mobile Websites for businesses)

OK....here's the scene; TOURISTS check into local Motels every day;
1) They are "Hungry" (most do NOT bring Food with them)
2) They have MONEY to spend on Food
3) They have a Smart Phone that can Scan QR Codes

So....what NICHE Market of businesses do YOU think....would be interested in a Program that will cause those;
....Hungry Tourists checking into local motels...with MONEy and Mobile Phones.....?

OK...I'll tell ya; LOCAL RESTAURANTS NEAR THOSE MOTELS!

So....due to my experience with motels over the years....I know that each ONE....has a "Preferred List of Restaurants" Restaurants they KNOW will give their Guests a "Good Meal" at a "Good Price" in a "Clean Environment!"

So....here's what I proposed to a local Motel owner (80rms): I would set up a "Mobile Guest Directory" for THEIR motel....where I'd have 5 or 6 restaurants THEY LIKE.....2 or 3 Gift Shops....maybe a Realtor.

However....if the motel only gives me FIVE Restaurants they "recommend", I can start with those.

So....here's what I do; Create a "Mobile Directory" (using Quentin's Script and Program)....for THAT Motel....ONLY!

So....using SUB-DOmains....(http:motel1.mobidirectory.com)....I create a "Mobile Directory" with businesses the Motel recommends....PLUS a few more. (Where To Eat....Where To Shop...etc)

However.....in the beginning....just make a Directory with the 5 or 6 restaurants the Motel recommends.

Now....I place a Sign at the front desk (with a QR Code that Guests can scan in....to have the "Directory" come up on the Cell)

So....when I have this Directory set up with the QR Code at the front desk, I then go see the restaurants the Motel recommends. I tell the owners of these Restaurants that....the Motel ALREADY recommends your restaurant....HOWEVER....I have a way for your restaurant to receive FIVE to TEN TIMES the Traffic from the motel.

I then show the "Sign" that will be at the front desk (with the QR Code that Guests can scan in to see the restaurant's "Mobile Site" (including a "Tap To Call" button and a MAP)

Now....I tell these 5 or 6 restaurant owners that they can stay with getting referred by this motel....OR....they can join my Mobile program where they could get 5 to 10 times the business.....for $150/mo.

So....I know most of you folks reading this...do not have a Clue as to what I'm talking about here. However....the few that do....can take the above info and...run with it!....as I intend to do. Setting up a Mobile Site Directory for EACH Motel I choose to work with...who has a List of their Favorite Restaurants.

So....I'm looking at making a "Mobile Directory" for each Motel.....which will give me their "List" of recommended eating places.....where I will go visit these Recommended Eating Places....telling each one that "The Motel Suggested that I contact YOU first....to be IN this program! Here's what it is and how you can participate to FILL Your Seats!"

Thus...what began for me, was a "Mobile Site Directory" for a Town....has turned into a "Mobile Site Directory" for A....Motel. And....if any restaurant (or other biz) would like to be in the "Directory" for any additional Motel/s.....they can be included...for extra bux.

So....again...for you folks who have an inkling as to what I'm talking about, HAVE FUN and FORGE AHEAD with a "Gold Mine Idea"!
