Hey just wanted to get some feedback on this demonstration for selling mobile website I made, which I will be using soon to show the business owners.

Looks good and very simple but you might want to think about only having some screen shots of each page without giving your code away. You could put a contact form and capture their email for them to get back with you in order to view a functioning mobile site.
