Finding a company that sells iphone development leads?

I remember talking to a company about 3-4 weeks back and they said there was a company in London that sells iPhone development apps and that's all they did, just sell leads.

I don't know who that company was, or even if they were legit, but I am interested in the subject of how I can go about finding such a company.

Of course, I still need to make apps to showcase, but I am addressing that over the next 4-8 weeks.

    I'm not sure what to enter into google to get such a result. I tried iphone development leads and this doesn't give me what I was after. I'll keep trying with different ideas. A 30 minute research project for myself is probably all it takes. Thanks
