Mobile Money Machines (MMM)
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Has anyone been using this mobile application? I like the application and working with the mobile niche. But the Facebook app required for this application to work correctly has been challenging.

We all know that technical skills vary for everyone. And that's OK. We're all here to teach, learn, and help. But I put my 25 years in as a network analyst for two Fortune 100 companies. I know this stuff. So my issues are not generally "user error".

I had it working correctly at first attempt. But then a couple of days later, it failed. There have been multiple attempts to get this up and running by deleting the FB app and re-defining it. But no success.

The MMM support folks have been less than helpful.

If a visitor clicks on the Facebook button of FREE Limited Access, the Facebook app should request visitor input. Instead, control is passed to the MMM squeeze page immediately. No visitor input.

I know that being logged into Facebook 24/7 is a painful requirement. Still doesn't work. Any Warriors have some experience with MMM?

I haven't bought it myself, but was promoting this product during launch time. I have made 15+ sales, but with a terrible refund rate of 62% in these few weeks. Refunds are still kicking in. So I guess the product was not at all appealing to the people who bought it.

My 2 cents

COMING SOON

Thanks cpadualcore,

I was already thinking of NOT promoting MMM. However, you can use the template and mobile functionality to make your own money pages for promoting other offers to the mobile community.

MMM has its inherent issues which most folks simply won't deal with. Thus the refunds. Sorry to hear about that. For those Warriors who may still be considering MMM, I'll mention a couple of quirks that I've encountered In order to put some "meat" in this post.

The template does not have a Home Page. It has a hard-coded call to ?page_id=74, which is the MMM sales page. All 4-5 money pages within the template are different flavors of MMM sales pages. The template has two page_id's equal to 74 so I don't know why WP tolerates that. If you wanted to make a different offer, you would need to futz with the hard call and the page_id issue and then FTP to a fresh domain.

Every time you FTP the raw htlm, you need to create a new SQL DB from scratch. Newbies will not want to deal with that.

And then there's the Facebook app that has been unreliable, at least for me.

The cost to broadcast your initial text message to drive mobile users to your site is only 1 cent per. But you select your target by state. How many mobile users are there in Illinois? Who knows. But let's say you can only afford to broadcast to 300,000. That's $3,000 to make contact with a small portion of your target audience. Typical response rates are 1-2% in IM. Other important start-up costs are your Twillio number so potential customers can respond to your initial text message. If you want high speed text broadcasts, you can get that for $3-4.5K for a three month lease. Most can only afford the "turtle" broadcast.

Cellsqueeze.com is an important component of this system. As of today, it is either down, blocked, or gone, thus putting all MMM IMers out of business.

It's an uphill battle that most IM folks will want to avoid. Hopefully, the reason for this is that the technology is new and this is just a fist-cut at getting it right.

I love the mobile market. So I wish MMM success in correcting inherent problems and getting back on track. But MMM is currently not for prime time.

I just bought it and have already asked for a refund as they really don't disclose enough of what you need. I believe the sales pitch is very misleading. I also believe that such a long video is BS. There should be either a transcript of it or a short version.
I am just hoping they honour the refunds.
I wish I had checked here first. I will next time.

Cheers, Laurence.

I hear ya, laurencewins.

I've been in this situation before. If you paid for the product with PayPal, be aware the PayPal will treat your refund claim as a dispute and intervene for you. Also, Clickbank honors refund requests when they participate in the products purchase. ClickBank DID participate in MMM sales. So take advantage of these alternatives and let your dissatisfaction be hear.

DO NOT rely on the MMM Support system to hear your concerns. I have suspicions, due to my own testing with support tickets, that this support system is actually an automated support system that recognizes specific keywords in a ticket, and issues a pre-defined response. I have tricked it several times into giving me a bogus answer that had nothing to do with the original question. What a novel idea - save costs on support by creating a mini decision support system that requires no human intervention.

Get PayPal involved if you used them. Get ClickBank involved. Don't bother with the MMM Support desk. You should have no problem getting refunded.

Thanks for all the input, guys. I was just listening to the 'fear monger' video and considering it. I'll not be clicking Buy Now now......

Reviews should be posted in the correct section of the Warrior Forum, not here:

Internet Marketing Product Reviews & Ratings

Also if you need support for a product then contact the product developers directly.
