Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages for my website

Hi,

I'm almost done creating the website of my mobile marketing company, but I was wondering about the legal pages. I live in Canada, Quebec. Should it really matter what's on those pages since I will not be doing any transactions online?

Is there anyone I can hire to write me those pages? Maybe on fiverr, hehe?

im in canada too.

and yes as an ex legal counsel i would strongly advise you to have some legal notices.

or you include them in your service contract,

im actually starting a new mobile division in Toronto.
