HTML5 App Creator software
 

I am interested in the cloud/web apps.

I am looking high and low for a decent HTML5 app maker and cannot find one.

I want to publish an app on the web without Apple or Android interfering with my publishing it.

What do you say? Have you seen any or used any you would suggest?

I came across this iKnox iPhone Templates | Create iPhone Web Apps Easily which is (drumroll please) an web app creator inside Wordpress.

I am huge WP fan but even I rolled my eyes as if to say. Is everything done in WP now?

I didn't buy because he had no online demos but only video. I emailed him and he said he didnt post demos because people simply copy the code.

Thats a pet peeve for me as web designers have always said that: "I don't want to publish my site because people will steal it!" rolleseyes

It actually looks good to me, the videos show what it does and how. Gotta say the excessive eyerolls and irritation at not being able to see the code says a lot 'bout why:) I bet a lot of people understand the frustration when your stuff is stolen, but with a product, not just a website I understand it. I'm gonna buy it and see what I can do with it.

I just went to check out that iKNOX iPhone Templates site you mentioned and while I was wondering whether to ask a question about this software, I ran into this: Tom Antion (guru) A Hypocrite | iKnox iPhone Templates | Create iPhone Web Apps Easily

I've never heard of that "Guru Hypocrite" myself, but due diligence works both ways. That means keeping the WF in line with it's rich, well-deserved reputation for knowing all, telling all, warning all and letting all do as they see fit while armed with as much information as possible.

Getting back to the WP iphone Template plug-in . . . looks very interesting especially for the price. I smell something "sick" [laughing] and it's not greedy Gus either. It's pure profit potential that needs no demo, that's what it is!! btw - I don't even LIKE or USE Wordpress but I might just break tradition if I get time next month!!
