Email adresses Hi. I have a list with approx 3000 mail adresses, a lot of them are double or even triple. Looking for a program in which I can add those adresses so that everything is single and in alphabetical order. Thx in forward. Best regards from the netherlands |
Re: Email adresses Don't know if it'll work .. but... why don't you try a yahoo mail account - first download their .csv file and then paste in your list...upload back....then in their contacts area you can have it find duplicate email addresses and remove them. Then you can export the "clean" file back to your desktop. It's free. |
Re: Email adresses Anyone tried this email marketing? |
Re: Email adresses My favorite program is Outlook. I take all of my emails and just import them (from excel) and Outlook does the rest. Its really easy and simple. I recommend Outlook 2010 because I've showed a couple of my friends and they seem to like it. |
Re: Email adresses The best way to do this is to import them all into an excel spreadsheet. You can then use the 'sort' feature to sort the list into alphabetical order. You can then use the 'remove duplicates' feature to remove any email addresses that are listed more than once. It should take you all of a few minutes to do this. If you are not familiar with these features then just do a Google search as you will find many tutorials that teach you exactly how to do them. If you need a hand doing it you can PM me and I'll be more than happy to help you. |
