Word Choice: Agency or Consultants

The title pretty much speaks for itself.

I manage a small mobile marketing company, but I have a dilemma choosing the word representing my company.

"Agency" or "Consultants"?

Personally, I would never wanna call my organization an "Agency". I've talked to many marketers who split from their "Agency" because the word has many negative connotations associated with it. Many people perceive it as a corporate, factory machine, without any real personal service. But if you're a 'Consultant', you're an expert, guru, professional who can give awesome personalized, customized services where one size doesn't fit all. That's my $.02 cents! YMMV

If the choice is between those two then 'consultant' definitely wins out - you could even use 'adviser'. Small Business Consultant or Small Business Adviser. Agency doesn't do it for me and makes it feel less personal.

I have on my business card "Mobile Web Specialist". By the way guys, check out my cards, they're in the shape of mobile phones. I agree and I loved it to. It was just a template I used. It allowed me to do both the front and back. All I had to do is just change my image and add some text. I just used Photoshop.
