Hi folks, I have a niche website where the exact match keyword gets approx 600,000 search per month. But I need to be able to offer the visitors free SMS texts from any country to any country. I am sure you know what I mean. A visitor goes on my website, they type in the mobile number of somebody they want to text and the message and then they send it. The person that receives the SMS text then replies either for free or at a premium rate. Anybody know how or where I can get such a tool/widget? If you are in this industry already I may consider a JV type deal. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance! ~Gary. |

How I'm seeing it now is that a user would have a text like window open on the phone/tablet/pc, hit send. The text message would go off to an SMS service (see Twilio). The mobile phone user would receive the message, send a message back. The browser would then display the text (mix of jQuery and PHP), but would NOT refresh the page (bad user experience, closer to real texting). Problem is that all SMS services would cost you, however each text is pretty damn cheap, so with a small investment you could get tens of thousands of texts on the low end. |

Thanks. Do you know which service would be a good place to get the text bundles from?

The Italian version of this site has what you ask for (sms from your site at a bulk rate), I couldn't find it in the English one though... have a look: Skebby - Free SMS from mobile phones: send unlimited free txt |

Hello Gary, Sending unsolicited text messages is similar to spamming with emails. At least on the first contact would recommended an opt-in type message to get the receipient to acknowledge that they want to receive whatever it is your offering. You'll also need to give them a way to STOP messages. Good Luck, UncleChucke |
