Hi Dear, I operate a cell phone shop both off and online. To add value to the products I sell to my off-line customers, I'm planning to create an off-line community or club where they can get value for free, just for joining. What do I give to my customers or what do you suggest we do in this community(club) to create additional value for members-my customers? |

Are you using SMS list building for this? Once they're on the list - you can send them News, Special Offers & Alerts - and continue to engage with your VIPs. The door is wide open to you. In terms of what to give... a) something with a high perceived value b) that does not cost you much - think loss leader You might consider approaching a product vendor (or sales rep) about supplying you with a case or two of branded giveaways for you to give to your list. You could even run a text coupon promo for the vendor - if you were using an SMS platform for this VIP membership... Let us know what you decide |
