Tracking QR Codes - or URLs

Hey, is there an analytic for tracking QR codes or URLs?

I know that I can shorten my real URL with a redirect such as bit.ly, but with which service can I track it? Does Google's analytic provide this feature?
I also want to track URLs such as m.domainname.com

That's a good question, and I have the same question about storing mobile phone numbers. I am searching noe for some threads on text message services, because I want to offer this this to clients along with mobile websites and QR codes.

google used to offer this service but not anymore, i am looking to track my qr codes for my clients so i can charge them a little bit extra for that

Some QR Code Creators provide "Tracking Reports" which show how many times their Code has been scanned.

Biz owners can find out;
1) Which Ad Works Best (use 2 ads in same newspaper or mag)
2) Which Print Media works best (use same ad in 2 different print media)

I found a simple way of tracking QR codes. I've installed the pretty link plugin to my WordPress site, and made a redirect URL for my qr code, for example mycompanyname.com/qrcode1 . In my admin panel, I can now see how many unique visitors and hits I've got for that particular url.

Also another way, I've got a generic 3 letters .mobi domain; this way I can offer my clients QR code tracking by using subdomain redirects and I can use the traffic tool in my hosting's cpanel.
