You can get QR codes done cheap on fiverr? Why would you?

You can create them online yourself for free:

Some companies offer a paid version for print quality QR codes. Do you think those are worth the price? I've seen $10 a month - but maybe it's not necessary to pay for print quality - maybe we can just make them print quality in photoshop??

What do you think - worth the price for print quality or no?

We have various pricing structures that we charge people to use our QR Code generator that are similar to that.

But the service that we offer enables our resellers or clients to create custom codes that are not just high resolution print quality (i.e. Vector/EPS) but they can also embed their own logos within the codes, change the colors and do real time tracking as well a host of other cool features.

Perhaps i am biased - but i think there is value in paying for such services as these, providing you go with the right one, i used to myself until i setup my own service. You just don't get all those type of functions with the FREE versions QR code generators that i have seen.

Sorry, I am too busy helping people to think of a cool signature!

I have charged my clients over 5,000 with distribution and catchy phrases that prompt people to want to click on the QR code.

You just need to know how to market the codes so that you are as the business benefitting just as much as the other person.

QR codes are going to be a whirlwind od paper spam where can’t get the sticky crap off your window..

We are under new management. Let us help you dispute the negative & wrongful comments.

We are not responsible for any past transactions as of Feb 15th, 2012.

I rarely can ever think of a good reason to click on one of those ... what are some examples of your "catchy phrases"?

Here's some of the "Catchy-Phrases" I use to get Tourists checking into hotels to Scan the QR Codes on our Front Desk Displays;

"To Have Mouth-Watering PIZZA Delivered To Your Room...Scan This Code!"

or...

"Scan This Code for Local Places To Eat!"

or...

"Scan Here for Money Saving Coupons from Local Restaurants!"

I want billboard-size QR codes, so big and clear they can easily be scanned at cruising speed from the freeway - so yeah they'll need to be high resolution!

I have used and printed QR codes from a couple fo the free websites and they work just fine. If you want to add tracking, link the QR code to one of the free URL shorteners and track it that way... ALL FREE, I have used it and it works..

Today I visited a Chamber of Commerce in a town near me. I asked the Marketing Director is she knew of any "New" Marketing Programs or Services.

She whipped out her Biz card and handed it to me. On the bottom left was a QR Code. Now...watch this; This Code was 1/4th of an inch square.

Yup....One Fourth of an inch. AND.....it was easily scanned and brought up the Chamber's Mobile Site on my phone.

Now....I asked WHO did this for them. She gave me the flyer of the individual who was providing these Codes and Mobile Sites ON Biz Cards.

When I contacted him he told me he had already done biz with HALF THE CHAMBER MEMBERSHIP! (about 200 biznesses)

So....this INNOVATOR charges for the
1) Mobile Site....
2) the QRCode and
3) Set of 1,000 Biz Cards
PLUS an ongoing Monthly Service Fee

THIS guy hit the Motherlode.

So...."Creativity" is STILL alive and well. He also told me he's using the money from this to....hold onto your chair now....Pay Off His College Loans!

Yippee! He will NOT be joining in any "Occupy" demonstrations!

Don Alm

P.S. I forgot to mention that he gave a demo to the head of the Chamber....told her he would provide the Mobile Site, QR Code AND...set of 1,000 Biz Cards to all the top execs of the Chamber.....for FREEBIES! I LOVE it.

Hi KingMedia,

Midasman09 answered your question in another thread:

He charged $290 to $590 for the initial setup and $79 a month (which included a Tracking Report showing how many scans were made each mo)

So....150 x $79/mo = $11,850 A MONTH....EVERY MONTH!

It depends on what you're using them for. Regular quality should be sufficient for most things, but if you're going to blow up a code to put it on a t-shirt or a large advertising display or something like that, the high definition is needed.

Yes, that is right.

Why use fiverr if we can generate them online.

But everything that concerns mobile is hot and is going to be hotter in the nearest future.

Thanks.

There's Delivr (yep, delivr - without the "e").
You can generate codes for almost every known purpose there, and track them.
You can, of course, change the URL which is behind each code, without changing the code.
I like that website very much.
And all for free!

Merav.

You should NEVER pay for QR code generation, (Unless of course its payment via donation) you can get it done free almost anywhere, but QR codes are DEFINITELY a huge promotion, I had put two magnets on a side of a van for my bands equipment that linked to our site and we ended up with over 140 hits in an hour because everyone was curious.

Affiliate links are not allowed.

I agree! I have always used free services and have gotten by just fine! No reason to waste your money on this when you can put it towards other things!

To answer the original question asked in this thread does anyone have an affiliate program in this niche.

Well I do for my products in the QR Code arena.

And yes you can get info and code creators in this for free which is why I have tried to make my products different.

I have given info for example on what words to put in your QR Code and concentrated more on that.
