Domaining .mobi, is there a thriving market for it?

Just curious,

buying, speculating and selling .mobi domains, is that something you would consider profitable? If so, would you say WF, Flippa and Sitepoint to be your sources for listing and selling?

Any thoughts, advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated,

P.s. To clarify, the question is to sell the domain ONLY, not a developed site.

I think .mobi is better to sell them to offline clients. Don't really think you will make much selling them on Flippa, WF, Sitepoint ect ect
