Restaurants... definitely restaurants. Here's a little tip, look for those restaurants currently using flash websites. Those websites do not show up on Apple devices so that includes iPhones and iPads. That's a BIG problem for a restaurant owner. Once a business owner sees the problem they don't have much choice but to fix the problem and you're the man to do it.

Real estate is good because you can create quick little mobile listings for the properties they are selling. And the more properties, the more business for you since you create a page per each.

In My Experience, I find that the businesses that advertise are your best prospects. If they are spending money then they are more willing to give you money for services.

In addition to those listed, I have had high success rates with Taxi cab companies...

For some reason, they do not like each other and competition is fierce...they absolutely LOVE the click to call feature which is very prominent on all of my taxi cab mobile sites.

Sure, there aren't as many taxi cab companies as restaurants in my city....but then again I don't sell mobile sites just in my city. =)

I do not think Realtors are a good market.

Most of them are attached to large broker, and if you look, most of them have their own webpage within the broker's enterprise site that does convert to mobile and a property search. A property search is something any good Realtor would want but it would be a nightmare to create. Plus, in a down economy at least in the US, Realtors are very cautious with their spending.

Better to go after the small loan operators, home builders, appraisers and other folks that are independent but work within the Realtor's sphere of influence.
