Im looking to find mobile numbers, preferably with people's names to personalise the SMS.

Can anyone help me where to find them?

Yep, don't do it - unless you buy a mailing/SMS list where they have subscribed to receive offers - but if you have a list, where they haven't - then I would advise against it

I agree with tobyddd, nothing's more annoying than receiving unsolicited offers on your phone.

I think its a crime under syber crime. U may be punished with fine. Get a legal way to catch a list of sms no. Think seriously about it.
