PHP Mobile Page to show latest posts from WP Blog

Is there any way to create a .php page to show the latest posts from my WP blog? Maybe .xml? I'm really lost. My mobile website is a stand-alone website that is coded in html, css and php. Thanks

Every WP blog has RSS feed.

Inside WP admin, you can configure the number of latest post in the RSS feed.

Then you can use PHP script that read RSS feed regularly, and show it on your mobile site. Hope it helps.
