Looking For a mobile Booking Form
 

I'm looking for a user friendly booking form for hotels etc that I can embed into mobile sites in html, php etc. Can't find much on Google except something hosted externally. Anybody using anything good , or any suggestions?

This is easily accomplished through "Hotels Combined" white label affiliate program. You can signup for their program for free. They provide a guide on setting up a site and mobile site for booking hotels.

I have used their time slot booking system for a client which is a PHP script and it works well. Customer service is excellent!
