How would you build a real estate mobile site?

If mobile sites ate meant to be light, how does that fit in with the vastness of what most real estate sites are with multitude images etc etc

Mobile sites are meant to be faster loading due to cellular data bandwidth and speed. It's more a question of reducing image file sizes and having more pages versus a ton of information on a single webpage.

How Real Estate is done on a mobile site while keeping light and allowing good download speed on mobile:

The site is built with the main page only having company logo, some text, and search boxes. You use the main page to search for the type of property you are looking for. There are no properties shown on the main page. This way, only one or only a few properties are shown at a time.

This helps alleviate the problems you would have downloading multiple properties shown on a single page.

I'm planning on using HomeCellars.com to do my clients' mobile sites. Just a thought that might help...
