Many real-estate websites have a "pre-fab" Mortgage Calculator applet.

Does anyone know of such an applet that will work on a mobile
and how to install them (specifically on wordpress mobile themes) ?

Most Mortgage Calcs are either PHP or Javascript....you should be able to simply embed them into any mobile webpage without issue.
