I wanted to get a text id for myself so I can advertise my id on printed material so when the user send a text to: xxxxme they are taken to my mobile site?

I own a Mobile Marketing firm...so I am a little partial! lol

If you are only looking to use it as a "Virtual business Card" of sorts then you will be selling yourself short...there are many other uses from a Marketing standpoint.

Keep in mind sending a text to them won't automatically open your mobile site, you would have to include a link in the response message when they text in.

What is the procedure in getting MLS listings on a realtors mobile page?

I have a realtor prospect that wants to have his listing or MLS listing on his mobile page.
Can you direct me as to what I would need from the prospect. Is there a listing iframe code as a standard industry thing?

Here is the thing about MLS...

It's a Generic Term....there is no one central MLS service. It just standfs for Multiple Listing Service.

There are a couple of ways to go about doing it.

One is to simply pull a RSS Feed from the Real Estate Agents site.

Second is to find out which MLS Service they are using and see if they have a RSS Feed or an API that you can utilize.
