SMS in a Texas Church (the bible belt)
I recently went on a short trip to Texas to visit a few friends. First time there and thought it was a great place (I'm from NY). What I learned is that religion is HUGE and their churches look like universities. The other thing I learned is that the younger generation is way more religious then in the northeast (well at least more then my friends).
Anyone that does SMS in the bible belt should really target these churches. The younger generation attend service and they're the best market for SMS. Plus the sheer size of these churches would result in 1000's of texts per month.
I know a lot of Warriors are from all over the globe so I imagine you could kill it with SMS if churches are this big in your area. Just wanted to share my experience and would love to hear if anyone has worked with this market?
