there is a group on odesk of Twilio developers. post something there and you will find someone who can put together a plugin for you. Or just email help@twilio.com |

I'm sure most programmers will be able to answer your questions. Your best option is to post a project on scriptlance.com - and make the project your questions about Twilio - so you will get answers back without having to pay a programmer/or someone. You might only have a project post fee of $5. So it worth it - the other option same price - post your questions to Fiverr.com |

From my experience, There are many programmers that don't know anything about Twilio api. That's why the Odesk group is nice because one message gets out to alot of programmers that are skilled at building stuff using Twilio.
