any idiot-proof mobile wso's out there?

hi. i'm looking for an idiot-proof mobile site WSO. any suggestions? i would be hosting the mobile sites i build on my server (hostgator). i've purchased a few mobile site WSO's but they get very technical. thanks!

Hmm I know you want to host them but if you want a super non-technical platform then why not take a look at DudaMobile. I used them when I first started but now create my own HTML templates. If you know basic HTML then let me know, I might be able to help you out.

I don't believe any product is idiot proof but I also believe if you are serious about getting into the mobile website side of things that learning a few technical skills is not a bad thing at all. Too often I think people rely on point and click solutions and the problem is you end up learning nothing along the way and you need to rely on everyone else to do even the smallest things for you.

I've picked up many skills along the way, graphic design, simple html coding, ftp, autoresponders, hosting, etc, etc and it means now whenever I have an idea or a project I want to get started, I don't have to waste time getting quotes from people and going back and forth, I can just get going right away.

Sure, there are still things I outsource because I don't have the time or I know other people can do a better job than I can but I would be getting nowhere fast if I had to rely on outsourcers for all the simple everyday tasks you need to do when running an online/offline business.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't be afraid of learning some new things. It's only going to help you down the road, especially if you want to sell yourself as a web/marketing expert.

Are you looking for idiot proof ot a get rich quick scheme?
let's suppose you found that push button solution to creating your own mobile media business (I hate that term: push button!).
Now What???
Now you need to bust your ass to:
1.get more clients
2.provinding services to those clients, so you'll have an income stream
3.sell additional services to exsiting clients

If you see a pie in the sky, then all you have to do, is to keep your eyes straight ahead

My suggestion......

You are not going to find an "idiot-proof" solution to your goals of hosting the mobile sites you build on your server. To learn to build these sites, of course you have to deal with the "technical" aspect of it.. it's a "techie" business. If you want to sell these sites, without having to learn how to build them.... then that's a different story.

O,K after the rant I wrote on the last comments
there are a couple of things you could do if you don't want to do it yourself

1.you can find someone who will build it for you for a low price
2.you could find some1 who builds mobile websites & just focus on generating sales for him/her (like affiliate)

pm me if you're looking for some1 to build your mobile websites, in a cost efficient way

P.S
It will be 10 times more difficult for you to acually sell these mobile website if you don't know how to build 1 & what you can add to them, Unless , you know your market very well

The problem is that every time something is labeled "idiot-proof" along comes some idiot who sees it as a personal challenge to prove them wrong!!

I just reviewed this mobile wso and while it relies on using a service to create and host your sites (something I'm not really a big fan of) it's probably about as "idiot proof" as they come.

Will and Quentin both have excellent mobile WSOs too and while they're somewhat more technical that using a WYSIWYG service to build a site, they provide excellent instruction if you just set aside some time to experiment and learn how to do what they teach you.

Everyone has their reasons for not wanting to actually learn the tech side of things which in and of itself isn't a bad thing. I've purchased WillR's wso and thought it presented the inner workings of mobile in a easy to digest way.

However, if you want to become a master sales professional and focus on that side of the business would probably serve you far betten then knowing all the ins and outs of building a mobile website.

To that end, save yourself months of frustration and overwhelm and get the wso Steve reviewed above(*i bought this one too--it rocks), start making money and build your sales team or business.
