I just read a great thread "If Mobile Sites Are So Hot, Why Is It That Nobody Wants One?"

In this thread I want to know who is actually a successful mobile marketer, or as I titled part of this thread, "Who is a Pioneering in Mobile Marketing..."

Let's be honest, this is a new market with undiscovered areas, such as the intended market...as pointed out in the thread I sited.

Now, I do want to know who IS being successful and what are your opinions on this endeavor.

Hi, I think a few people have had about the Qr codes (the general public...your mum,grand parents and may be your local Barber). Anyway.. in order to sell your mobile website services you will need to sell the clients on the benefits of Qr codes (i encourage you to watch a few you tube video to see the benefits of qr codes). Once you are armed with the benefits then you can sale the qr code idea to the business and also let them know they will benefit from having a mobile site e.t.c. How thisng are going. and the actual business strategy i will be using, and any advice from mistakes e.t.c.
Summerry:

- sell them on the benefits of qr codes
- then sell them the mobile site
sell every thing as one marketing package.

I am going to try this and i will report back here.

No doubt mobile marketing is in its nascent stage and there are lots of limitations associated with this like small screen, scrolling down, ads space, keyboard typing and low transfer rate of data however with the dvent of 3g and 4g technologies mobile marketing is doing great jobs these days and companies like Google and Microsoft are pumping a huge amount of money in the development of various products related to mobile marketing
