Besides pointing out the obvious hosted carts is anyone using any stand alone mobile commerce software and if so what software do you suggest for m commerce?

If you're doing it for a client with an existing mobile site, it's better to find a mobile theme for their current system, rather than the client have to administer two separate systems for order management.

Templatemonster and other sites like that have responsive ecommerce themes for wp, joomla, opencart etc. You would probably know that if you googled what you were looking for.
